Tournaments, Fees, Tryouts and Practices
Similar to previous seasons, the competitive tournaments we expect to participate will primarily be local (< 50 miles from Hardin Valley), with some of our stronger teams possibly venturing to more distant venues (up to 200 miles). We expect to play in a total of 10 (maximum) tournaments between March and early June. The 2012 fees are $275 for player/coach insurance, tournaments, facility, and club fees. Each additional child in the same family is discounted by $100, for a total of #175. New players also have to purchase uniforms, for an additional fee of $100. Any player can now order individual uniform components (jersey, shorts, shooting shirts) using the on-line registration system.
All players need to pay their fees before their registration is considered complete. You cannot attend tryouts (expected in mid Feb. 2012) without a complete registration package. No checks will be cashed until the teams are established. All credit card payments will be completely refunded if your player does not make the team. There is no tryout fee.
